Les forêts de Haute Normandie avec MatiX. Il faut bien choisir car le temps n'est pas souvent propice à la sortie en VTT. Les sentiers en forêt sont vite boueux et les averses trop fréquentes. C'est pour cela que tout est vert. Mais que c'est vert. Ces immenses forêts d'Eawy et de Brotonne sont des hêtraies. Voilà une essence qui a trouvé sa région. Ces magnifiques arbres au tronc lisse s'élèvent majestueusement. De ci de là quelques des pins sylvestres et des épicéas se demandent ce qu'ils font là. Quelle solitude, je n'ai rencontré personne au cours de ces trois sorties en forêt. Tout juste deux chevreuils. Je sais que mon VTT, qui n'est plus de première jeunesse couine un peu mais sans plus car je l'ai remis à jour ou plutôt au jour, lui qui dormait dans une cave depuis un ou deux lustres.
