At VELIXE, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Every order is carefully prepared and shipped with trusted logistics partners to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.

Our goal is to provide a simple, reliable and transparent shipping experience from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your doorstep.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.

During periods of high demand, such as seasonal promotions or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we will always do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after receiving your shipping confirmation.


Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees depending on your country's regulations.

These charges, when applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team.

We will work directly with the carrier to investigate the shipment and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or another suitable solution.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase.

VELIXE cannot be held responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided during checkout.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will gladly update your shipping information.


Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

Once an order has entered the preparation or shipping process, we may no longer be able to make changes or cancel it.
