Les Quatre Sorelles Bardonechia Italie le 26 octobre 2015

Avec l'horaire d'hiver la nuit se termine en plein jour. Le soleil garde ses vieilles habitudes et retarde un peu son réveil chaque jour. Ce matin donc, environ une minute plus tard qu'hier, il éclaire d'abord les sommets. Et ce matin il est bien là comme souvent dans notre région ensoleillée. Un petit degrés positif et c'est l'annonce d'une belle journée en préparation. Vite une invitation et qq amis me rejoignent. Nous allons en Italie, jusque là rien de nouveau, le petit café au Melezet tout prêt de Bardonecchia, rien de nouveau non plus, sauf que j'estime en avoir droit à deux. Un de trop sûrement. Nous allons monter au sommet des 4 Soeurs. Sur la carte il n'y a pas de sentier de ce côté, erreur nous en trouverons un en parfait état. Dans la forêt cette montée raide dans les pins sylvestres est chouette. Sans perdre son habitude le soleil réchauffe cet adret. Une journée d'automne comme on les aime. 1000m plus haut on est sur le premier piton. Nous connaissons bien cette chaîne de sommets bardée de blockhaus dirigés vers la France. C'était avant, nous sommes des amis maintenant, avant aussi d'ailleurs. Le soleil d'automne est voilé et ne permet pas la belle photo sur les sommets au loin.

La descente rapide chauffe les quadriceps. Devant les pâtes, attablés au soleil sur la terrasse de Georges où un ami nous a rejoint, ils refroidiront doucement pendant notre halte gourmande terminant notre rando du jour.

Dénivelé 1000 et qq mètres.
